John Jenyns of Hayes in Middlesex County gives over land to his son, John Jenyns the Younger of Hayes, "Geoff Richard Price of the same place, Geoff Henry Turner the Younger of the same place Yeoman, Nicholas Spurling of the same place Yeoman, Francis Barker of the city of London Mercer, John Darnell of the Middle Temple Esq.r, Charles Battely of the city of Westminster Esq.r, and Charles Looe of the same place Esq.r"; parcels transferred include the "manor grange and rectory called Fishpond" formerly belonging to the dissolved Hailes Abbey; and the rectory, church and "Advowson Donation free disposition and right of patronage of the viccaridge of the parish church of Haughley at Halley."
